Just as NASA’s Mission Control brought together countless systems & teams into one cohesive launch room, this espresso blend unites coffees from Latin America and Africa into a rich, balanced cup that is greater than the sum of its parts.

Ground Control is our house espresso blend, designed to deliver a smooth, consistent shot with rich sweetness and balanced depth.

We rotate components depending on what's in season, but generally try to include a honey - or natural-process South American coffee for structure - the body, texture, and backbone of the coffee - and a pleasant toasted nuttiness. We like to incorporate a high-altitude Central American coffee for rich cocoa tones and sweetness. And an African coffee to contribute brightness and complexity.

Together, they create a syrupy, balanced espresso with enough clarity to shine on its own and enough depth to hold up beautifully in milk-based drinks.
