We're proud to be the first roaster in Alabama to join this program, which protects critical bird habitats through rigorous organic and biodiversity standards, including deforestation-free zones.

Finca Terrerito is a family-owned farm in Copán, Honduras, founded by Al Lopez—whose journey took him from rural Honduras to a corporate career in the U.S., time in the US Army, and then back home to transform the coffee industry.

After decades in executive leadership, Al returned to his roots to build a farm that could model fairness, traceability, and quality from the ground up.

Today, Finca T processes its own harvest using spring-fed water and ships directly to roasters, cutting out middlemen and reinvesting in the local community with housing, education, and healthcare initiatives.
