Before you book
How much does coffee catering cost?
Most events start at $500. Your quote depends on guest count, serving hours, menu and travel.
How many guests can you serve?
One barista serves about 50 drinks an hour. For larger events we add baristas, an extra, or both cart so the line keeps moving.
What do you need from us on site?
About 10 by 10 ft of space, access to a dedicated outlet, and a spot close to where we can unload.
Can you set up outdoors?
Yes, with cover, level ground, and power supply. Let us know in your request.
How far do you travel?
We serve Huntsville and North Alabama. Events outside of a 20 mile radius may include a travel fee.
How far ahead should I book?
We recommend scheduling a month ahead, and earlier for large events or weekends in spring and fall.
Do you have dairy-free and iced options?
Yes. We offer oat milk, and lattes can be made hot or iced.
