What “roasts” are your coffees?

We roast in a way that highlights the origin flavors of the coffee we're preparing. In most cases, that means our coffees are prepared as either a medium or light roast. Medium roasts have a noticeable body and are well balanced - and are generally how we prepare our Classic Coffees - they stand up to milk, but can also be enjoyed black. You'll find more light-roast coffee in our Modern Collection - they less body and is more complex.

Can you grind my coffee?

Yes! You can select your desired grind size on a product page before adding the coffee to your cart.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes! We offer pickup at our Roastery location in Hampton Cove on Saturdays from 9am to Noon. Simply select "Pick Up" in your order's delivery options, and our team will provide specific instructions once your order is packed and ready.

How do I edit, skip, pause, or cancel my subscription?

You can change the details of your subscription at any time through your member login. Just sign-in and click the blue "manage subscriptions" button to confirm details and initiate any changes.
