    There are A LOT of ways to enjoy this coffee, but we were specifically looking for berry tones on pour over when we sought it out. And, boy, did it deliver! We've never had a green coffee this potently fruity - a fact that was abundantly clear as soon as we opened the Grain Pro storage bag. Wow! Just like strawberry! And, once roasted and brewed, it gave a delightful balance of jammy and floral. Hopefully the first of several awesome Ethiopias to share this season.

  • Coffee Background

    This coffee comes from the Hambela Wamena region in Ethiopia's Guji Zone. Here, several small farmers consolidate their crops at a village processing site where the coffee cherries are sun dried before the husk is removed. This “natural process” yields a rich and complex flavor profile with a balance of floral and fruity notes.
