How fresh is the coffee?

Our subscription coffees are roasted to order, which means that your coffee will ship out shortly after it is roasted. It will always be as fresh as possible.

Can I change or update my subscription?

Yes, you can change the details of your subscription at any time through your member login. Or reach us through the contact page and we're happy to assist.

Can I skip a shipment?

Yes, you'll receive an email notification a few days before each shipment that will allow you to skip that shipment, or gift it to a friend. You can also make these changes through your member portal.

Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions can be paused or canceled at any time through your member portal or by emailing us at hello@coffeebreakhsv.com
