Endless Summer

As the days begin to shorten and other roasters shift toward fall flavors, we’re choosing one more dip in the pool. Endless Summer is our way of savoring those last long days of sun—refreshing, vibrant, and full of energy. This coffee is the first release in our new series of small-batch premium coffees, and it’s a perfect showcase for slow, intentional brewing methods like a pour over.

This year's Endless Summer lot comes from Sebastián Ramírez, a fourth-generation producer at Finca El Placer in Quindío, Colombia. Sebastián is known for his innovative fermentation methods that bring out bold, unexpected flavors. For this coffee, he co-fermented Castillo variety coffee cherries with dehydrated watermelon, fruit glucose, and a touch of wine yeast, before carefully drying the beans in controlled conditions. The result is a cup that feels both whimsical and refined—think watermelon candy, peach and some tea-like qualities, all wrapped in one endless summer memory.
