Craveable Blend

We crafted this seasonal blend in collaboration with Rachel Brown of Rocket City Dietitian. She envisioned a cup that wraps around you like a warm blanket as leaves fall and seasons shift. It’s made for cozy mornings with a hot mug, a splash of half‑and‑half, and something sweet—perfect for nesting with family at home before venturing out to explore our wonderful city.

This limited seasonal blend brings together two remarkable origins from opposite sides of the coffee belt — washed high-altitude coffee from Huehuetenango, Guatemala, and natural peaberry coffee from Minas Gerais, Brazil. Each contributes something essential to the cup: structure, sweetness, and balance.

The Guatemalan component provides the backbone — a clean, high-grown coffee known for its elegant sweetness and polished cup. In this blend, it adds gentle brightness and a honeyed smoothness without venturing into fruit-forward territory. Roasted to a balanced medium, it rounds out into notes of milk chocolate and light caramel.

From Brazil, the natural-process peaberry brings depth and body. Its naturally sweet, nutty character layers in flavors of roasted almond and cocoa, giving the blend its signature chocolatey warmth and velvety mouthfeel. The peaberries’ density also helps create a syrupy, consistent extraction — perfect for both drip and espresso.

Together, these coffees create a cup that feels familiar yet elevated: smooth, nutty, and chocolate-rich, with the balance and clarity that come only from thoughtfully sourced, smallholder-grown coffees. It’s a cozy, approachable blend designed for cooler mornings and easy enjoyment through the holidays.
