This product is your quintessential programmable coffee maker. The design is clean. It will do what you expect, up to 12 servings at a time. And you can program your next batch up to 24 hours in advance.
The onboard hot plate will warm coffee for half an hour after brewing.
Batch brewing with a drip machine like this probably won't make as clean of a cup as a pour-over or Aeropress might. But it's hard to beat for speed and convenience.
You can get a drip machine that offers more control over the brewing process (like Moccamaster), but it will generally cost 2-4x as much as this Bodum dripper. This machine offers a better balance of value and function.
